Don't Spend Hours of $s Making Icons

I may be late to the game, but I just ran across the following site that offers thousands of free icons that are organized well, are free, and are royalty free: Royalty Free Icons & Clipart Stock Images ~ Icons Etc.

I'm not affiliated or connected with this site at all, but figured it might help one or two of you like me who have been outsourcing this type of work for a while. I need to give credit where credit is due -- this site is amazingly helpful for me.

Any other suggestions for free icons? What about free stock photos?

    All royalty free stock icons, clip art and other design resources on this website are free for use in both personal and commercial projects.
    You may freely use them in software programs, scrapbooking kits, web templates, websites, blogs, etc. No attribution or backlinks are required, but are always appreciated.

    For free stock photos, one of my favs is stock.xchng

    Other good ones:

    Free Photos and Wallpapers
    everystockphoto


    Most of these sites also have paid photos, and there are various attribution requirements, so pay attention.

      Excellent site that I had never seen. I like that most of the graphics are very unique also instead of just the same old cookie cutter kind of icons.

    today I found Free Icons Search Engine - FindIcons.com (291,293 free icons in 2,170 icon packs) and it is good too. but earlier I used to use Iconfinder | Search and download free icons

      That is MySiteMyWay, they build some incredible wordpress templates as well, i think each template comes with 18 colors built in as well as 13? different style custom backgrounds like grunge, glass, transparent, space, wood etc. Yes they do have social icons and what not for all occasions. Very nice of them to do this.
