I find the best investment is in purchasing private label resell rights products. Private label resell rights products allow you to edit the product as you see fit. That way you can edit the product’s content, sales page, change the images, etc. I highly recommend a rewrite of the whole PLR product before releasing it to your users or posting the content elsewhere. I even go as far as including a video in the plr package if there is a process outlined in the product. The video simply walks through the steps of the process. After which you can ensure the product is unique from all the others out there on the market.

One thing I have noted during my time in the resell rights niche is that if you create a product that is full of valuable information, offer that product with private label rights, and sell a limited amount of copies, people are willing to pay more for the product. Especially since they know a limited number of copies are available. This also ensures the market is not saturated with the same product from numerous vendors.
