how to make blog in wordpress?

hi! im total newby in internetmarketing,but i want to learn new things.i got a training about how to get traffic and all that thing and now i want to make a blog in wordpress.but what i dont understand is why i have to download it with cPanel.like everywhere i look they tell that its has to be downloaded.i dont understand.mabe its silly question,but just knowing the reason will make things clearer for me.and sorry,my english is not the bestand if anybody gives me step by step gide about how to set my blog up(how to add my affiliate product to my blog and),i would be very thankfull.

    First of all you need to know that there are 2 types of wordpress:
    1- Hosted version WordPress.com — Get a Free Blog Here
    2- self-hosted WordPress › Blog Tool and Publishing Platform

    When they talk about installing wordpress via cPanel, they mean the one you
    download from wordpress.org. You must have a domain name & hosting account
    to do this. If the hosting account comes with cPanel/Fantastico, installing
    wordpress will be a breeze.

        There are a lot of step by step guides to creating a WP blog on the Internet. Just start Googling. Starting your IM career by expecting others to do the work for you is a failure in the making.

          to E.Brian Rose this my last replay was ment to Failuz Talib.But in some reason it jumped to the end.this is my first time in this forum. i am not looking for somebody to do my job.i just asked for some explanation.and i know that there are many step by step guides,but he offered one to me here and i wanted to take a look.Dont think that this will make me failurer.Thanks

    It depends.. as mentioned there are two kinds of wordpress. (org and com) If you want a free blog, go for the wordpress.com. You can start blogging. Your domain would be something like - www.yourname.wordpress.com

    wordpress.org - you have to install it to fantastico then you should create your own domain name. ::: YOURNAME.COM :::.
    after which, you can access the wordpress throug the wp-admin.
    then you will see a dashboard and you can start creating a post.

    You don't have to upload with cpanel. You could use Filezilla or other ftp client to upload wordpress files and install it manually (instead of using Fantastico). Why is cpanel an issue for you? Is your domain an add-on domain? The main thing is that you'll need to create a database, since it is required to install wordpress.

    In cpanel, just click on Fantastico and then choose Wordpress > New Install and install a Wordpress blog. Make sure you make note of your login so you can access the Wordpress control panel after it's installed.
