How to Win Friends and Influence People is the book that you should be purchasing on Amazon right this moment! I first learned about this book in a Psychology class I took in college. I have finally gotten around to reading it and was amazed on how informative it was.

Basically, the book teaches you how to make people like you and vice versa. It really showed me how to appeal to others in a marketing standpoint. It also really amazed me about how much people in general don't make others feel good about themselves.

If you are into any type of retail, marketing, or customer relations job then this book is a must! If you are just looking for a realistically good read for your next book, make it this one.

    Not sure about that one but I've read the famous How To Win Friends And Influence People.

    The day after read it I decided to try out some of the simple techniques in our local fruit shop.

    i'm not really a self improvment buff, but that's one of the rare book that i recommend

    this book is great, because it is based on real life experience and not theories

    another good one is "How to stop worrying and start living" by Dale Carnegie
