100% ROI to -20% ROI...ARGHHH

Hi Guys,

I have been busting my hump and averaging 100% ROI's everyday for the past 24 days. Today and yesterday however, with the same traffic, same ad, same landing page and zero changes I have gotten crushed and lost money. Are conversion rate and ROI swings like this normal? is this an anomaly or just part of the game? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Do I revamp everything or just sit tight? If changes are needed I don't even know where to begin. I thought I had it perfect.
