Sry if there are 1000 threads with the same topic and this proly will sound nuubish but..

Using freeblogs didn't worked good.
No much experience with that but also not too foreign to it.

So i bought a .info from Godad and i want to use it as my IM site.
Landing,squeezing,and anything comes along.

So i was thinking to get a free wordpress installation in it.
Using subdomains like curexxx.mydomain.info or buyxxx.mydomain.info for each product.
That can be done with wordpress ,right?
Btw can i change the keywords of a subdomain's article?

Also am using Daddy's free webhosting atm.
I hope thats enough.
Maybe i should open for sign ups to get more traffic, but then again i dont want sales competition on my own site.

I got this feeling that am missing something really obvious in the whole site thing.

You can copy someone else's source code of there salespage if you wish, or you could just use Wordpress if you can find a theme good enough.

Firstly if you serious about building a quality review site then register a .com domain its way better for rankings etc.

You can add sub domains in your cPanel, any good host will have cPanel.
You install wordpress only after you have setup the sub-domains, you install wordpress for each of these domains.

For affiliate marketing you could just use a page for a every review, instead of a domain for each review. Just a though.

Lemme know if you need some more help

    Hi georgeg_g,

If your marketing plan did not work on freeblogs, it probably wont work on your own domain. Who owns the domain has little or nothing to do with whether your marketing plan works or not.

Having said that, it is a good idea to own your own domain because you have less risk of losing it, and you have more flexibility as far as where you host and what platform you run on.

Yes, you can do this with Wordpress, there is a free plugin for setting up subdomains on Wordpress:

WordPress › WP Subdomains WordPress Plugins

It is almost always a good idea to allow signups for traffic. There is no way to make things public and still hide it from your competitor. Every potential customer is also a potential competitor, so there isn't much point in worrying about things outside of your control.

Even the most experienced marketers will sometimes miss something obvious from time to time. I recommend that you move forward with your plans and adapt your strategy as you learn from your experience.
