Video Experts! Bit Rates for MP4 on Web?
I'm going to be putting a mp4 vid on my sales page using a web video player. I can cut the bit rate down as low as 100 without seeing a visual performance impact on screen. Is there a downside or drawback to using such a low bit rate as long as there isn't a effect visually? It's just a screen capture vid so it seems to look almost identical to a vid rendered at 450, and if it cut it down I can reduce file size for almost 2/3.
