Yeah, this is run by Justin (FlipFilter is username). He's a great guy and his site is awesome.

Of all of their free tools - this is probably one of the least useful.

One good statistic I picked up from their site earlier: the average site sells for 7.1x monthly revenue.

There are far too many intangible variables to be able to value a site with a mathematical formula.
