Help?! Wordpress Messed Up!

I went and deleted a post and it went in the trash. I then deleted it out of the trash. The problem is that it is still in my menu and thinks it is an active page, but when I go to edit it... It says to move it out of the trash first?!

I already permanently deleted it. So I cant recover it from the trash.

What can I do to fix this?

    what kind of menu are you talking about?

    You might be able to delete it straight from the database using cPanel/PHPMyAdmin.

      Its a simple menu that whenever I create a post, that post is then added to my "Navigation Menu".. The problem is the post is gone for good but the link to that post won't go away.
