Does anyone know of a self-hosted tool/software similar to Jonathan Leger's BlogSiteBuilder?

I'm interested in Jonathan Leger's BlogSiteBuilder but I don't trust that guy.
(because it has been proven that his system is compromised i.e. when you pay for one of his products, you'll get tons of SPAM email sent to your main Paypal email address -- even if your paypal email is brand new. This has been proven and one logical explanation seems to be that one of his programmers has setup a system to grab those emails and then sent spam in order to make a few extra bucks. The issue has been pointed out on Jonathan's forum but he doesn't seem to care.)

Anyway, because of that security breach and the carelessness of the provider I can't trust him. (his BlogSiteBuilder requires me to enter my server login data on *his* website! I don't want to imagine what could happen to my server, if not even my paypal email is safe from his fraudulent coders? )

Therefore I'm looking for software that does the same thing as his "BlogSiteBuilder" but is a software that I can upload and use on my own server (without having to enter my server/cpanel logins on a third-party site).

What BlogSiteBuilder does is essentially auto blogging, but auto blogging using my own *spun* articles with multiple spin levels (nested spinning) supported.

Another important feature is: I would enter those spin-ready articles once (i.e. articles containing spin syntax) and enter login details of *all* of my blogs and this auto blogger would then distribute a spun version of each article across my blogs.

P.S.
In case you are against article spinning or against auto blogging,
please restrain from telling me how "bad" those things are and why they should be "exterminated" etc.
Thank you.
