Finding Someone To Write Articles & Article Questions

I am a member of SEO Linkvine and am looking for someone that can write articles in the insurance niche for me and have them formated in the {|} format for me so I just submit them and good to go. If so, how much should I be willing to pay to get good quality that helps the blog owners and in turn provides me with links? My last question pertains to getting the most out of them as far as SEO is concerned. Should I just write general auto insurance articles, or is it better to write even more specific.

Lets say I am targeting "car insurance in detroit michigan" would I be better to write articles that are about car insurance in detroit michigan, or is it just as valuable to write car insurance articles in general. I appreciate the feedback on all of this!

    Anyone have any ideas? Also, I have a page rank 3 insurance site. Would I get much response if I offered a post in my site with 2 links to theirs, plus 1 link in the article that is submitted to seolinkvine as long as they write high quality articles that are very on topic plus pre-spin formated already. In fact, I would make them write on specific topics that I choose and they would have to have a site that has at least 20 pages and a page rank of 1 or more.

    Would this be valuable to others? I know it would help me, I would just be extremely picky with the articles that are written for me.

    Also, would this break any rules, or be considered wrong for SEO Linkvine. I don't see it as bad. It is similiar to paying someone to write articles. I am just paying them with a post to my site and 1 link in the article submitted to SEO Linkvine.

    I just had some articles written by Warrior member Sour, aka Jordan.

    They were top notch and he delivered about three times as fast as I expected.

    I know he's about to start offering his services in the For Hire section here, and I'll bet if you catch him now he'll do some great prices for you.
