Here are 5 ways to promote or drive traffic to your sites with social video sharing websites:

1. First step is to create a video that is relevant to your target market group. Its getting really easy to produce video content these days. You can either use a WebCam and record a video directly from YouTube's site or use free software like CamStudio to record your desktop computer screen while you talk over the recording.

2. Write a detailed description and keyword tags about your video and how your video is useful to others. Think in terms of your viewers. What kind of description will be inviting for the reader to visit your site?

3. Add your affiliate link/ website address into the description bar. Alternatively, you can add a URL link as a text title on your video. This can be done easily with Windows Movie Maker (free with Windows) or Apple iMovie (free with Macs).

4. Search for and add friends with similar interest (do not SPAM others). Join groups with common video topic interests and genuinely interact with others.

5. Encourage others to view your video. Embed in on your blog, invite others to view and rate. The more people who view your video, the higher it gets ranked by the video sharing service. You can even try and rank higher by encouraging video comments and other awards/ ranking systems given by the video sharing service. (e.g. most viewed, most commented, most favorited, most linked..etc)

Why don't you stop posting stuff that you've just copied from someplace else?

        I agree with Omar.

You have a total of 15 posts and has started 6 threads. All those threads were started within a time span of 54 minutes today.

4 of the threads give information, might or might not be good, I didn't spend my time reading the initial posts once I saw what kind of posting this was.

2 of the threads are almost identical, in two different forum sections, trying to bring our attention to a product by asking others about it.

The informational posts are, more or less, an attempt on article marketing here in the forum. This can be checked out by everyone who wants to by searcing google for the phrase "staying razor sharp" which appears in the topic of one of your threads. Gives 55 revealing results.

I think this is not the way the majority of us want to see this forum used.

I was just about to report your activity when I saw Omars post and your reaction. So, then I thought I might also just as well give my view of your activity here in the thread.

Not a good idea to, on top of spamming, trying to insult the first one who gives you an advice on how not to behave in the forum.

Not as easy as it sounds .. I know after spending 2 entire days posting to like 12 video sharing sites, settings up profiles, joining groups, and ect .. I still get no traffic and no use out of those video sharing sites..

Now I am not a marketer either but still .. Simple instructions was followed as the above that you posted is pretty much what was posted in Mac Format Magazine 2 months ago...

(my video was rejected from 3 sites for not being up to their standards)

Today I get 0 traffic from those sites and wasted awhole lot of time...

I am going to assume by the way these post are being done, they are copied from elsewhere and also does the poster here have the right to use CarbonCopyPro as his/her username if it is infact a TM name that does not belong to the poster ??

Allen, some help in this would be much appreciated.. If this person does not own the TM name then his/her actions could infact hurt the person that does own the CarbonCopyPro business..
