Standard Disclaimers - Where, if possible can I get help with one?

Hi fellow warriors

I would like to put a disclaimer on my wordpress blog essentially to say that any articles and material in certain categories (which I will specify) are copyright material and can only be used provided author name and site URL are included.

Items in other categories are freely available to use.

Is there some standard wording I can use for a disclaimer such as this without the need to have a lawyer draw something up?

I've looked at a few different disclaimers and don't know how I can word this effectively ans still have a legal document.

Having said that - even if I have it on my site and someone abuses it, I can't really do anything about it can I?

Mary, you don't need a lawyer to draw up a disclaimer for you. Just write it
up with whatever it is you want it to say and post it on your page.

There are no standard disclaimers that you can buy, get, download or
anything. I have combed the entire Internet and finally said the heck with it
and made my own.

Well, I'm no lawyer or expert in this area, but sure send it over and I'll
take a look at it. Basically though, if it says what you want it to say, it's
fine. You know the terms you want, so just put them in simple English
that anybody can understand.

That's really all you have to do.
