I am looking to buy another domain name, It will be an adsense site with information on a certain product ie. outdoorgrillsupplies. The main Keyword is 3 words .ie keyword1keyword2keyword3 , I cannot get the .com/.net or .org. I want to use the keyword in the domain name, So I was thinking like outdoorgrillsuppliesshop.com or outdoorgrillsuppliesite.com . I was thinking shop might be the buyers choice, but I am not actually selling anything, It's just an adsense site that will have eventually have 20-30 pages or more(depending on success) of information and adsense ads. What do you guys think?

Hi Roy, thanks for you reply

It would then be www.theoutdoorgrillsupplies.com why would you choose that?
Does not really look right to me, but what do I know!

Well outdoorgrillsupplies.com is available! And if that is not the domain
you need then use stop words until you get one available.

The leading 'the' can be helpful, but so can other words that might describe what your site will do. For example, if you are a review blog, then toss the word review at the end. Then there are always dashes, but that is not always a good route to take.

I'd stay away from dashes, so just try adding one or two words to the mix, ensuring that it makes sense and/or is a "buying"/action-oriented keyword that a potential buyer would typically type in.

    There are a ton of choices you could choose from if you do not want to sound like a sales site, consider;

    ----REVIEWS.com
    ----SELECTIONS.com
    ----INFO.com
    ----REPORT.com

    Get the idea?

In my opinion the best Adsense sites are the ones that do give value to the visitor such as reviews etc.

    Hope this helps, Good Luck

      hi Scott,
Yes good choice, The info one is appealing to me, but would it be a buying word?
I think if I put in shop I would maybe be misleading people as it is not actually a shop. Info word actually describe it, but I wonder would be more inclined to click on a buy word like shop?

I would not consider INFO a buying word, more so if your site does just that, provides Information.

To do this effectively research reviews from users of products in your niche on sites like Amazon. Write unique articles in your own words based on your research. Include for example, Pros and Cons as well as specifications if applicable, the price range a buyer can expect. Think what information would be useful to you if you were in the market to buy one. With a little bit of research you can come up with at least 300 words of content rather easily.

I chose a really long domain for my site, too late now I already started ranking on google.

My advice is keep it short, spiffy and personal to the prospect(double YOUR dating).
