Wordpress widget question

Hello People

Thanks for helping me out with my previous question on wordpress but now I have another one.

The titles of any widget you add to your sidebars in wordpress automatically becomes h3, because of this I have only been using h1 and h2 in my posts and pages.

* edit = is there anything wrong just using h1 and h2 on a page? sometimes there would be maybe 4-7 h2 titles on a page, is this bad SEO?

First question: Is do you think having fairly irelevent titles in h3 such as 'recent comments' could confuse the spider and make the site not as SEO friednly as it could be?

Second question: Is there a way to change this?

You help and knowledge would be appricated as im sure many of you veterens will be/have used wordpress and come across this problem, how did you get round, didny you get roudn it?

I personally think it is better to just use 1 H1 header in your posts. That way you are telling the spider what is the most relevant content.
Then use subheaders (as many as you need) in the rest of the post.
For the sidebar, you better don't use H1 or subheaders. They can make the robot think it is relevant content, when it is not.
