Need help with email management broadcasts - need quick replies if possible
Ok,
We have a simple HTML email ready to go out to a mailing list.
My boss wants to send out the broadcast from his computer to the list.
However, the receiving end just receives the HTML code - it isn't converted to what it should show.
However, if I put the same code into a broadcast message in an Email Aces account (have one handy), the receiver receives the email as we intend, showing pics, layout, etc.
Question: What is it with email management programs that send the HTML in a way that recipients receive what you intend, while just sending from your personal email account just sends the HTML code itself?
I know there is something blatantly obvious I'm missing.
