Reliable Warrior Article Writer

I now have the need to outsource a few articles and would like to ear a little feedback from some of you regarding the individual that you have hired. I do not want to start a thread full of advertisements or bashing, but would appreciate some honest feedback. Thanks in advance!

    Davey,

The best place to start your search here would be in the Warriors for hire section. There are a ton of article writers in there, and most have reviews from other members. Hope you find what you're looking for.

If you ask me, I would first try to consider my financial budget and the time needed for outsourcing..... If you're not tight on your budget but in a hurry, you can consider the "for hire" section on this forum site since there are a lot of people who are good in what they do on that section.... On the other hand, you can also try outsourcing in UK, India and the Philippines... It's nothing new really, a lot of people are outsourcing to this areas.... I mean, Other threads are posting the same concern as you did...and the other warriors are suggesting the areas I've mentioned and also the site "Odesk" but I figured out that what matters most is that your concerns are met regardless of the method of outsourcing....so goodluck....

As an outsourcing expert, I would like to recommend you search through Bestjobs.ph and oDesk.com although still, you'd want to head over split testing and shortlisting first. I've tried Filipinos over these websites and they totally are dependable virtual staff to work for you and I say that from experience.

Yes, it still does depend overall with how you choose and evaluate these people whether they'd be on a developed or developing country because even if you have dealt the right price, there are still some of these "good ones" who after spending couple of months will just vanish. Also, it's how you train them and let them know you're eyeing on them for either a reward or termination. It's a give and take basis.

    Hi
Maybe the reason why people vanish from jobs is because they mostly find it hard to sustain the workload in comparison to the pay.

I prefer to deal with clients who have regular work, the fewer the better but the price needs to be satisfactory and worth my time. A lot is being said about Filipinos' and Indians' ability to work for less, but I think for quality content, one needs to look for specific individual skills

Completely agree. I strongly believe in the peanut-monkey theory. By the way, Indians and Philippinos also manage to work for lesser because these countries are cheaper to live in, not only because they are not good in writing English. But then, someone who can produce quality would eventually ask for the worldwide prevailing rate to make the best of their talents.

  • When it comes to article writers you get what you paid for. I would not recommend outsourcing writers overseas. The quality tends to be garbage. Seek english native speakers. It will cost you a little more but I firmly believe this is one area you should not skimp on. Outsource everything else out to india or wherever but when it comes to your articles don't do it. Overseas workers are dirt cheap and it is nearly impossible for native english speakers to compete with their pricing, but if you want quality you are going to have to pay more. If you don't mind paying .10 per word pm me.
