What are some Cheap Good Real Web Traffic Providers?

I know you're probably already flaming up right now saying: CHEAP? GOOD? PAID TRAFFIC? NO WAY Must be another DUMB@SS!
Well no not really. Haha I know most paid traffic out there aren't very good all I'm looking for are some cheap real human traffic. It would be great if it could be targeted as well as with some traffic providers
I'm hoping to give a few a try for my Free FBML Viral Code that I'm giving out. I just want to use this traffic just to do some split testing and to see what works best on a larger scale.
This way I can also test which traffic providers works best. I mean this is a free money making tool offer so I can't think of anything better for this situation.
I'm hoping to find a traffic provider charging between .99-2.99/1000 views these can be from a variety of methods.
I've searched google but most on the front page of google require higher bulk purchases or membership.
