What revenue model is best

I have considered following revenue model options for my site, which is a content oriented high traffic, high PR site with good reach among global corporate leaders:
1. Advertize the products and services that go with the subject of my site
2. Deploy adsense, chitika, kontera etc.
3. Sell related amazon products
4. Sell eBook (under process)

What other revenue model options shall I consider before choosing the right one. Recently, I have crossed the hurdle of $100 per month from Amazon and have a decent earning from other ads. My target is to start making around $1000 per month after the end of September 2010.

Need expert comments and guidance from warriors.

You do not choose a revenue model, you test it.

Try 1,2,3 and 4 and see what makes you the most. Then mix them up and see what happens. You must test it yourself to see what will work best for your particular site.

If your site is of a high quality and you are actually an expert in something, then a recurring revenue model (paid membership, paid newsletter, paid service) is a good way to monetize a site.

There is no such thing as best or easiest or anything like that. There are
people who make a lot of money in each income model.

What YOU have to do is choose the one that best suits your skills and
      temperament.

Not everybody is cut out to create and sell their own products.
Not everybody is cut out to be an affiliate marketer.
Not everybody is cut out to run a membership site or service.

Find your niche, so to speak.

It's going to be different for everybody.

      Case in point.

Some people make a killing with CPA.

I can't even get a CPA company to approve me. If I decided on that
model and was insistent on it, I'd be broke right now.

There is no one size fits all.
