I am no expert Jin, but I'll give you my 2 cents..

There are so many ways to make money on the internet that it can be easy to get stuck just assessing all the opportunities.

I think you should take a step back and ask yourself what you are good at and what you are interested in - for example: if i like gambling and im good at article writing I may choose to become an affiliate of a gambling site and promote it via a gambling blog and articles...just a random example.

Maybe let us know your strengths and interests and we can point you in the right direction.

Welcome to Internet Marketing.. yours is a very big & broad question & not uncommon for people brand new to online marketing.

There is a lot that you can learn from this forum alone.. have a look around & you will find some great help from some very experienced marketers.

My advice to you would be this:

1. Make sure you do your research. Do not jump into doing anything until you've spent a couple of weeks researching the different opportunities & learning as much as possible. There are many ways to make money online, but the sad fact is there are even more ways to lose lots of money online if you do not have the right information or you do not know what you are doing!

2. Expect that Internet marketing is not easy! Do not expect to be making profits quickly & do not expect to make any profit at all without hard work. This is like any job, you need to work at it & be smart how you do it, otherwise you'll just be throwing lots of money & time away

3. Focus, focus, focus! There are LOTS of ways to make money & literally thousands of niches.. instead of doing a shotgun approach of trying many different money making ways in lots of niches, focus on one method & one niche, you will a much greater probability of succeeding.

4. Do not give up! Those that are the most successful are also the ones that failed the most.. they failed, learned from their failures, picked themselves up & tried again but in a smarter way.

I agree with Highbrid about accessing your skills. Another area you want to develop is learning what are people interested in buying?

You also want to focus on activities and areas where there are buyers. It is easy to get emotionally tied to an idea that no matter how fully developed, no one is interested in buying the product or service.

Learn about keyword research and how to access the amount of monthly searches.

jinsheng1993, there are many ways to make money online, i.e. affiliate marketing, product marketing, CPA, etc.

It depends on what fits your needs. But generally, affiliate marketing is the path most beginners take first as this business model is relatively easy compared to the other models.

There are many ways to make cents online. Almost every affiliate programs, cpa and peay per click. Most of them you can join for free.

You also can make money online even if do not have a website. Its effective but not efficient. If you are looking for long term income on internet then you have to spent.

By the way, if you are looking to the short term you can try yahoo answers with one condition..do not spam there.

Affiliate marketing is basically this, when you refer someone to buy a company's product or services you will get paid via commissions.. Basically all you have to do is to promote the products/services until some1 buys them... then you will get paid
