This is another update on my "Oil Spill" videos that I have been doing for the beaches of the Destin, Florida area...

I have now been awarded ANYTIME access to free rooms on the beach! For "as long as people think there is a problem". (don't ask - no guests)

And all for just a few one or two minute youtube videos that I rebroadcast on Tubemogul.

I LOVE the IM biz

Bookings at 2 resort condos have actually INCREASED since the video series began and I also have an invite to the "Homeowners Meeting" in the fall.

This past weekend we went down and I did this video:


Already has 2,000 views on Youtube but a lot more over on the other vid sharing sites.

We even had a few "tourists" come up to us and say "hey - you're the beach update guy!".

We are heading down to the beach again this weekend for 3 nights/4days and I have talked to a couple of people down there and so far - NO OIL to be found.

As long as the mainstream media is telling people that the beaches are soiled, and they aren't - I have a JOB! (well - not a REAL job - but free rooms beachside)

    Ya know George, If you can find a problem and help solve it (even just do what you can online), then people will find a way to thank you.

    This idea is rife with pitfalls, but as long as I only show EXACTLY how it is NOW - I'm thinking I'll be safe.... and save a ton of money going to the beach! (my wife says we should go every single weekend until they make us stop)

    Oh- I forgot to mention that they fed us and made sure we weren't thirsty, too!
