Questions about feeds from a newb

I feel like such a dolt for not understand this, so I hope someone can explain this to me so that I get it. My website, www dot chipfixx dot ca, was created by a company for me, and I was told feeds are set up in it. It seems like when I add or change something on the site, all of a sudden I get feed numbers in my Stats (with WordPress). Am I right that anytime I change something on my site that these feeds get sent out? If this is so, where do these feeds go? Who is seeing them? How do they get wherever it is they go? See, I told you I dont get this! I googled feeds and read a few of the links but they seem to talk about the site owner having set up something to make it happen, but I didnt do that, it was done for me.

There is nothing on my site for a person to click on to subscribe to it, if I wanted to do that, how do I do it?

Thanks from the clueless,
Funkynassau

Only half is true of what they said. More exactly, in your case, where the whole site is built by WordPress (WP) Pages and not posts - it is not true at all.

On your site there is one single post (the one that is created by default when a WP blog is installed, with the title Hello, World!:
It's here: Hello world! ChipFixx - and tell them to fix it urgently!)

And the feed for that is here:
    ChipFixx

Just a reminder: feeds are not made for human eyes, they are for machines and feed aggregators; it's a clever tool that enables your blog to notify sites about updates on your WP site.
In your wp-admin panel under Settings > Writing there should be a section (at the bottom) Update services and you, probably, have there something like
    rpc.pingomatic.com/ - That's enough, don't worry about the rest.

HOWEVER! tell the company to do their freaking homework if they offer services for clients, namely:
    - only new posts are notifying the update services
    - if you have only Pages on your site they need to install a plugin that includes the Pages into the feed: WordPress › RSS Includes Pages WordPress Plugins
