    If you're trying to rank a particular page for a keyword, then yes. Google takes into account backlinks to your root domain as well as to the individual page that appears in the SERPs. Try to get your backlinks to use your keyword as the link text.

    Absolutely, you always want people going to the most relevant pages on your site for a particular keyword/phrase so just as Rob said above try to get backlinks to specific pages with the specific keyword as anchor text.

    I hesitate to answer until you clarrify something.

    By "inter" pages do you mean internal pages on your money site?

    Normally people refer to the entire domain as the money site and external
    sites linking to you as feeders.

    If you mean should you deep link to internal pages , abso-dam-lutely.

    Create themed internal pages for long tails which you know convert/
    have search volume and when placing links on properties link to both
    your home page and your internal pages.
