Opinions about making a site similar to sharecash.org

Hello,

I'd like to first ask what type of site is this considered (sharecash.org or envirofile) Secondly I'd like to get some feedback from you all and opinions on pros / cons of these type of sites.

Thank you,
Picko

    You want my honest opinion?

Since they have hosted one of my stolen product... I consider them freaking bad site (the forum etiquette wouldn't allow me to use the right curse word!). They allow anybody to upload all kind of stolen products. So, what do you think what kind of site is that?

You want to make a similar site? All with stolen products? - Then you are in the wrong place here

    1) In my opinion this type of site would be considered an illegal download type of site as it encourages people to upload and sell files they do not have the right to do that with.
    2) Pros = 0
Cons = too many to list.

There are far too many legitimate ways to make money to even bother with this type of business.

That's too bad about your files being stolen . The fact is, I don't know of nor am I good enough to make decent money at anything else thus far. I have a couple blogs / list makers but nothing is really bringing in the dough.

The two things I'm making some money at (around $500 or so per month) is sharecash and envirofile. They both rock, and are a very easy residual income after you do all the work of making video demonstrations, posting on forums that are interested in your programs, uploading the files etc etc. I'm not trying to make a commercial for them, there are probably many out there, I'm just looking for my piece of pie. I think that if I alone am making $500 + per month totally residual then if I actually invested some money / time into owning and running a similar site, I'd make much more.

Everything else I've tried has a learning curve of a year + or that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to start up. It's not like I have a problem with hard work or investments, I just need to see SOME profits in order to keep me moving. If I cannot see much or any progress at all after a few months, I'm basically done with the project.

I'm totally open to suggestion of these many many ways to make money other than sharecash type of sites.

      Thanks,
      Pickoshe

P.S. Maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way but as far as one of these sites being a "bad site" or "should be illegal" doesn't really make any sense. If that is so, then YouTube is a bad site too - TONS of copyright and pirating on there.

Just because there are serial killers out there... it doesn't mean that you are allowed to kill, right?

Do what you want, just don't expect much empathy here: that site has stolen products from many, many respected WF members.

How do I know you are not one that is stealing products to upload them there? I haven't seen yet one legitimate file on that site... You can try to tweak the truth in whichever way you wish but that will not change my opinion - everybody on that site is a thief.

I beg to differ. I just signed up to sharecash because I am new to IM and have not been able to get approved by any CPA networks yet. The only file that I have hosted on their site is an eBook that I wrote my self. I plan to release several more through their service until I am able to find something better. Their TOS does expressly prohibit copyrighted materials, but I am sure many people violate this.
