need help getting Camtasia video to open
I hope someone can help.
I downloaded a Camtasia video that won't play.
It's in FLV format and has an HTML page with all the supported files to play it. Tell them what you've done so far and the error you're getting. Let them know what operating system you're using and what browsers.
I tried opening the .flv file enclosed but my computer can't handle that.
Then I tried the HTML page provided, but I get this message in the browser:
The Camtasia Studio video content presented here requires JavaScript to be enabled and the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player. If you are you using a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now. Otherwise, please update your version of the free Flash Player by downloading here.
I did download the new flash player and ran it. I think I have java running as I've opened other Camtasia videos.
Also downloaded IE8 to see if that was the problem. No luck.
I am on Windows XP.
Any ideas?
