Can someone give me some pointers?

Hello warriors,

I would like to know what you guys think about my blog.

It is my first blog and I would like to know what you guys think.

Honestly, for my first blog, I think it is pretty good.

I have been making money online with various ways. This blog/website will probably be my real online business.. it's in it's developmental stages, but I thought I'd get some feedback..

Thanks in advance for those helping me out...

First impression: The odd line spacing and low-contrast font color makes it difficult to read. So I didn't. You may want to adjust the CSS to address those. Or maybe not, but it will be an issue for some people.

Like Paul said, you need a little more color contrast in there. But honestly for a first blog I think its way better than what mine looked when I started lol.

Check out a few Marketing Blogs to get a feel of how people are doing things and also notice the blogs that give YOU a pleasant experience and then you can go from there tweaking your own site.

Congratulations on doing it so far.

I really hate to see newbies getting into the MMO niche. Your two posts ... surveys are a scam and many people know that. Craigslist is not intended for Internet Marketers and most IM related posts get flagged right quick.

There are so many great niches to get into. Why do newbies, you generally have not made much money online get into the make money online niche?

To make money quickly fast? Just a guess...

I agree the page is hard to read, and if the blog is new perhaps you could pick a different name. The one you are using has a clumbsy redundancy that may hurt your credibilty in the long term, imho.

I had a look at your blog, and although I liked the simplicity, for me the "title" and domain name put me off. One thing I have learned from my own time online is that you generally can't make money fast. That is unless you have a fantastic product that everybody wants or needs, or you spend a fortune on advertising.

Secondly the term "Make Money Quickly Fast" does not read or sound right. But that may be just me, as I spend most of my time writing articles and proof reading, this is not how I would place those words.

        Good luck with it though

Am in it because I want a piece of the make money market action! Also, making money interests me.. My business' mission: To help people find the method that will make them rich (not instantly) but get them there.

          what you think?

well, when i first started online, i got into the make money online niche, simply because its make money online and thats what 99% of people want to do when they come online. it was for me anyway. it is the most attractive by far. But also the hardest which is why so many people fail and never make any money online

I agree with you AchievingDreams and JonnyBalfour if there is a hot niche I am going for it if there is money to be made, like affiliate marketing, i dont have acne, but it may be a hot niche, thats -2 cents for people who just want to give opinion. You have asked for tips on your website, not if you picked the right niche or not.

So for a couple of tips on the website, I would change the "About This Site" to "About Make Money Quickly".

I would also make sure that your keyword is in the footer, (easy change under the tab "editor" in wordpress.

Also, I am sure you are but just to make sure you are using the all-in-one seo plugin

      Hope this helps a bit.

Haha, looks like you found it already, I was refreshing as you were updating, the new theme looks good, much better on the eye. As far as my knowledge goes the on page seo looks good, about right at 1-3% keyword density. Looks like a good site, stick with it, keep driving traffic to it, keep updating, and you will do well.

as for your answer it would be under appearance>editor>footer and just replace or add to whats in there.

I was going through some emails last night and took some notes from a video i watched from one of the guys over at 30 day challenge aside from adding to google/index and waiting it out you should:

              -Add your site to stumbleupon.com
              -Add to Digg.com
              -Add to Mixx.com
              -Add to propeller.com
-Submit RSS Feed to the aggregators
              -Use traffic bug

And first page depends on your competition, from the way your site is put together I would assume you have done you keyword research and picked a keyword you were sure you could rank for so you should get first page if you stick to your plan. All of the knowledge is out there, its just a matter of absorbing it all, 50% learning to 50%action works best for me.

thanks! I have bee totally learning and taking action at the same time.. it is the best way to go because then you see progress.. and progress i believe is the number one motivator!

one more thing.. if anyone can tell me..

I am trying to make the page titles of my pages of the blog to be where "Home" "About Make Money Quickly" tabs are. I want them in a certain order to. will I have to delete the pages and make them in order? Also, how Do I make the tabs links to the categories??

                any help would be great!

I agree with Matt. You need to start building your list. You need to have something on your blog, an ethical bribe that you can give away to help you build your list.

Otherwise, you just keep doing the same thing over and over again. Most people don't come back to a website. Therefore, you need to get their info to bring them back.

Congrats on starting. Keep going and don't give up!
