Is there an online site where i can create a free survey and when the person completes it they can be sent to a download page so i can give people a free gift for completing it?

Be careful when creating a survey. There are MANY mistakes that even professionals make when creating one, and can take away the credibility and usability of the survey. Therefore, make sure you spend some time researching proper surveying techniques before you do anything with it!

I would use LimeSurvey.org - The Leading Open Source Survey Tool - Home

It might take a little while to get the hang of it, but you can install it on your own site for free, and make it do whatever you want it to.

And you aren't ever limited by the number of responses.

  Another Easy way to get the info is to Ask for people to leave their question in the comment section....
  
  Run your "ask Campaign" the same way...just say...please post your question below. thats what I do.
