Wordpress Sales Page themes - WP Spire vs. WP Sales Engine?

I'd like some Wordpress themes that are like the standard sales page - no sidebars or extra bloggy stuff, just your standard sales oriented design. I did a search on Google and found the following -
The ones that caught my eye most were WP Spire and WP Sales Engine due to their customizability. I've never used any of these though so I have no idea how easy to use or effective in terms of sales conversions any of them are, or any other particular reasons to prefer one over the other.

WP Sales Engine seems to be a plugin rather than a theme, so I'm not sure if the styles it generates would be globally used or just for the pages it generates. Anyone know?

If anyone's ever used any of these (or any other sales page themes they prefer), please post about their experience here

I haven't used WP Spire, WP Sales Engine is a good plugin, you can use it with your current theme to create a salespage on you blog/site or as a stand alone as it comes with it's own templates/themes.
It is easy to use and results are OK (only first version released) , you can see example at wpsalesengine dot com.

The only problems i have is that the developer is slow to respond and updates for the plugin are even slower. (It is a good plugin but could be awesome with a few tweaks)
