Article Marketing question for a 'Non Blog'

Hi All,

Wanted to get some advice: I have a niche news site in the 'Digg' style where people submit links, etc...

I'm in the process of link building to increase my ranking for my chosen keywords and I want to integrate Article Marketing.

My question is what would be the best way to go about this?

Since my site consists only of links the articles I would write cannot go on the site itself but offhand I can think of two options:

1. Start a blog where my articles would reside and then of course link to my main site or

2. should I write articles that link straight back to my bookmarking site?

Any help or input would be appreciated!

Ken

I would write articles and link back to the different categories that you have.

Article marketing to get links for individual submissions would probably be a waste of time.

So just to be clear, you would write articles and link straight back to my bookmarking site?

I was just wondering if I write a bunch of articles over time if all I'm getting for it is the link juice would I be leaving 'value' on the table, so to speak?

No I would link to individual categories for your site or certain tags. Im assuming you have categories or tags on your site.

Yes, I have categories and tags.

So you would link to tag pages?

            Yes.

For instance if you have a pregnancy tag, then write a pregnancy article with a link back to that tag. So on and so forth.
