Hey guys. I was planning on outsourcing some of my link building, but I am worried that the people i'm outsourcing to will steal my ideas and niche ideas. Does this normally happen? or am i just being paranoid? Is there any advice that you guys can give me, in-regards to outsourcing how it can be done more effectively. Thanks guys. I appreciate the advice tremendously.

most likely other people have the same ideas and there really isn't anything to steal.
You just have to work harder or smarter than the rest.

For backlink outsourcing I have learned that if it includes any kind of commenting or posting in forums beware of becoming a spammer. I have tried several companies doing posting type work and eventually the person doing the work gets tired and starts making repeated, short spammy comments.
I have found more than one instance of this and each time I went to the webmaster of the spammed site and had them remove the posts along with me giving them a sincere apology. Which in a strange return can make you look very respectful and can make you some new acquaintances.
How often do you get someone saying their employee was slacking and please remove the comment because "we" don't go that road in my company?
That was the only advantage I found in outsourcing comment linking.
But if I wouldn't have followed through I would just be another spammer and not even know it.

I guess the moral of the story is if you do use someone for this Be Sure to follow up on them.

I think only a little trial and error will give you the knowledge you are looking for.
The best of luck to you!

This is a non-issue and as you grow.

Ideas are a dime a dozen, running a effective business with your idea is harder to do. Have them work on certain parts and as you trust them more, do more different parts. This way its harder for them to piece it all together if they wanted to copy you.

    Relax and get outsourcing

    Cheers,

If it is possible for back-links outsourcers to steal your ideas that easily - then you need new ideas.

You will get nowhere without learning to outsource so in the worst you can have people sign an NDA.

Hire your own full time employee to work in your business and train him or her. Pay well relative to the market over time. Build up your team as you can afford to and as you learn to manage them. That is a safe route.

There is always some risks when you outsourced your work to others but as a start use only those that your friends or this forum recommends. That should give you some comfort. But outsourcing is a great way to expand your business since there is only so much you can do. It is through experience, gut feel that helps you find reliable and yet affordable people you can outsourced too.

From my workers and outsourcing I haven't run into this issue .... ! It depends on the people that are carrying out the work for you and the nature of the business! For example most my workers are filipino and their work ethics and morals are amazing!

Don't worry about it. It's very difficult to train your assistant let alone making a big income online when they are not interested in it. Even when they are interested, it also takes a long time for them to learn.

Yes I agree, Don't worry about them wanting to steal ideas that you may have. 9 times out of 10 your outsource workers just want work hard to get paid

Outsourcing is the way to go as it is cheaper and less hastle for you. As mentioned in the earlier replies , no one really would get to understand exactly what you have in mind before you makeyour money.
Everything in life is a risk

One more thing we are all in business and until you can commercialise your idea be careful how much you let out to one person

Worrying about your ideas being stolen is probably the least of your concerns.

Outsourcing is a really important part of building your online business and its more a question of can you afford not to outsource, rather than how to avoid your ideas being stolen.

One thing I always get my outsourcers to sign is a non disclosure agreement which helps a little bit!

I love outsourcing and without it I wouldn't be doing nearly as well as I am. You should try it or dare I say it join me on my WSO webinar linked below starting in a couple of hours!

The biggest problem with outsourcing is that there are some sites which will welcome the links and most sites that don't. Any good forum master or Blog owner would not be worth his salt if he allowed people that spams his forum/blog. I know it is tedious... but I personally moderate all comments on my blogs. I get an average of 400+ spam comments a week and it is pretty easy to scan through them and just select the legitimate ones.

As for people stealing your ideas... You can ask the link builder or business to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. If they are a real business or genuine, then they shouldn't have a problem with that.

Yes it is possible. It depends on the quality of the outsourcers on one hand and on you on the other.

A full proof method to not get into this type of trouble- outsourcers that are slacking off, that are not producing quality results, that might bail out on you all of a sudden, that might steal some of your ideas- is to use only in office outsourcing companies.

In these companies people come to the office just like for a regular job, they have a floor supervisor, they receive training and other type of advantages. Of course they are priced higher but you do save yourself some headaches.
