List of Affiliate Programs - Jamaffiliates
I don't recall seeing this mentioned here before:

It's more a listing of affiliate programs than an affiliate site. Some listed offer CB payment. Some have their own jamaffiliate affiliate site.
As far as I can tell, they don't aggregate - in other words, you don't have a master jam affiliate account that you can log into and see your overall earnings. Each program that uses jam affiliates seems to have their OWN individual affiliate area.
