YouTube Embed Problems?

Hey there y'all,

I've recently been trying to embed a quick YouTube video on the sidebar of my blog (MatthewNeer.com) and it simply just doesn't show up. I wanted to embed this right below my opt in offer because it will give it a nice personal touch. But every time I try the video just doesn't show up...

Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix this?
