Bottom of the screen Opt-in

Guys, I don't know where to find the program where there is a pop up for an email opt-in at the bottom of the screen.


You know when you are on a page and at the bottom of the screen there is a pop up to opt-in. I want to use this on my page, but don't know where to find it so that I can tell my designer what I want. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    It is basically a pop up opt-in form but at the bottom of the page instead of poping up in the middle like most.

      yeah i was looking for kind of opt in as well .. i think if u wanna use on niche blog maybe it is good to have at bottom coz u need not to distract your visitor from buying or getting ur main niche product or lead. But that opt-in as additioanl since not all visitor will directly click ur product or CPA offer
