youtube highest rated comment

Hi,

I just wondered if anyone had any marketing success with their comment becoming highly rated on Youtube, and then being situated just below the video in the 'highest rated comment' section.

I just wondered how it gets there, if its a manual process, do I select the highest rated comment on my videos or is it done by the system automatically

    it might be a good tactic because the highest rated comment is what's shown above all comments now.
