Help With/From Lead Impact
I've submitted a bunch of campaigns over the past few weeks in order to do some testing. Firstly, it takes LI ages to get back to you about any of them & often not until emailing the account manager several times to ask them to do so. When they do, more than 50% of the time they come back & say that the campaign (URL, keyword or whatever) has been rejected & the only explanation is a short line like "We do not allow this landing page to run in our network - For more information please see LeadImpact Code of Conduct". The last line is actually just a standard form line & of course does not provide any further explanation.
I have responded to these & asked for more information & usually do not hear a response but the couple of times they did, they said that they already partner up with the campaign offerer (it was a CPA offer).
I then asked whether there was a list of partners that LeadImpact worked with so that we knew ahead of time not to create campaigns around those companies. They said no they didn't have a list because it constantly changed but to feel free to write to ask them each time I wanted to create a campaign! Of course, that is a really frustrating & time wasting method.
Anyone have any idea on how this can be streamlined as to know ahead of time which CPA offers to avoid? Anyone successfully working with LI & not running into issues?
I was thinking perhaps I am not getting the customer service as the funds I have deposited are not high, but I would spend high (like I do with other PPV traffic networks) if our test go well & their traffic proves viable.
