I am setting up a blog and my internet is really sucking right now

can somebody go to Step 1 and let me know if the video is working for you,

      I went to see your source code page on that site and you are missing a lot of the video player script. You are missing at least 4 lines of code torwards the end.

      I would completely delete your post and "re-up" your video again. Take great care in the copy and paste of your flow player code.

      If you want to make it easier for yourself, highlight and copy all of the video code and when you get to the Wordpress dashboard and click to make a new post, click on HTML view and then paste the code there. Don't forget to click the "publish" or "update button" after you paste the video code in.

      That should work.
