You've probably already seen the notice in your dashboards, so I'll keep this one short and sweet:

To upgrade, click on update available notification link at the top of dashboard or go to Tools -> Upgrade.

Over the years it has served me well to wait a bit before I hop on the upgrade. There is almost always something that doesn't rear it's head until it hits the wide world. So I will but not right away.

  I've upgraded 3 blogs so far with no problems whatsoever and all my own WordPress themes are compatible with Version 3!
