Slide Up Opt In Form?

I have been searching everywhere! Does anybody know where I can find a slideup optin form for Wordpress?

    Just about any of the "slide up" scripts will work with Wordpress, since Wordpress is nothing more than a regular website... but I don't know of any that are in "plugin" form if that's what you're looking for.

    Some of the slide-up scripts are pretty expensive but I found a VERY affordable one here:

      Check out ad-slider for wordpress @ websitedesign.com (bottom of the page). Its a free WordPress plugin that I use on a lot of sites. Works great.

      I don't know if it can be modified to slide but I use wufoo for all my forms on wordpress. There is even a free version you can use and it is the easiest form builder I have ever used by far.
      I haven't got enough posts to drop the link but just google wufoo and you will see it.

    You can try the UltimateFooterAd, it is
    a slide up form and to use it in Wordpress,
    edit the footer.php and paste in the code
    just before the </body> tag.

    I think it´s a bad choice to go with slide up, pop up, pop over, etc -opt in forms. It only triggers a sense with the website visitor that something is being forced on him/ her. I would never use it. Just my opinion. Better that the opt in form is visible instantly.
