Sticking Your Neck Out in IM . . .

My question for the Warriors is: How many have you stuck your neck out and
took a big chance to go for it? And if you had the success you desired?

This in particularly goes towards making a big purchase into a program or course etc. Were you scared at first? Did you make the right decision to go for it? Were you able to recoup the money you invested?

I'm going to answer your questions in order:

I have, yes, very, hell yes, yep.

Everything turned out pretty good for me because of that one decision to buy, but it wasn't an easy decision.

First, I had to decide whether it was something I truly wanted to do and whether I would actually follow through or not. Then, I had to figure out a way to pay for it

Boy am I glad I did.

Are you eyeballing a certain big program or course? If you are, just figure out whether you can see yourself doing it and liking it, and promise yourself that you will do what it takes to succeed with it.

Otherwise, you're just pissing away your money, hoping for something magical to happen.

I find that the bigger the risk on your part,
Forces you to make More of a commitment.

I've bought hundreds of $17-97 ebooks, ecourses and software.

The only time i saw a real change in success
is when i started to take bigger risks.

      I bought a 997$ training course and make $5000 in 2 months.
But that's just me, iam a techie,
so i can do more than the average person.

      Best of luck Tresfavian!

Excellent answer, Curtis. It sums up the problem and solution in a few succinct words.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

oh thanks everyone for reply so far and for some encouragement. Yes, I put myself into something that is scary for me. I like buying the products that helps me learn and advance from $5. to $250. and that freebie-seeker but its taking me forever to accomplish so much. I want to start handing the tasks over.

I wanted and have done many of these tasks myself at first so I would know what it entailed to do. But 1 person cannot do this all or be good at it all. I do want to automate more. I feel like I need an army! LOL!!

Curtis, great words and yes I see myself doing IM in a bigger way.
Spaz896 I want to take your example of bigger the risk forces more the commitment. (and bigger!)

Thanks for your experiences- it helps me calm down and trust in myself.
        Tresa.

Nope, still can't get the "cohones" to go for something big heh. I still troll around all the main IM forums searching for useful data and resources. I'm kind of a half freebie-seeker, but I think it's understandable because I've been burnt by many 47-97$ courses so it's always my natural barrier having dominant role when I am tempted to take a risk.
