What Is The Easiest Way To Make A Picture Like For Inserting Into A Video

I'm a newbie when it comes to making and editing pictures like
this one http://bit.ly/bGB32j for a free notebook.

The pic is going to be inserted at the end of a video to promote
a cpa zip submit, what's the easiest software to use for doing this.

Also does most cpa advertisers & cpa networks allow you to
do this to take a pic of the campaigns.

You want to create an image like that from scratch? If so, Photoshop is obviously the most ideal program to use however there are other options such as GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program which is a free image program.

If you are still struggling then it might be an idea just to ask if someone else can make one for you - it looks like a pretty simple image. If you send me a private message I can probably knock something up for you pretty quickly if you provide me with the details.

Use Windows Movie Maker and just add it to the end of your video...you can get the image directly from the CPA network that is providing the offer

I think I'm going to ask my IM if I can take a pic of the offer & use it
and then just put my web address & do a redirect to the domain name.
