    I don't think it will have any effect on KW tools. As long as google is not by default in encrypt mode then a majority of people will never use the encrypted mode. Also a majority of keyword tools simply pull data from google's keyword tool and present it in a easy to use way along with other convenient features. So unless google completely destroys it's keyword tool then most of the programs will be fine.

    None.
    And this won't affect keyword tools at all.

    If someone is tapping into your traffic outside of your computer, then it will affect them, but if that is happening, you have bigger problems to worry about.
