Corny Music Intros? IM VIDS

Hey, just wondering if you do your videos with or without intro music?
Is it too corny to use music intros?

I recorded this today, this is what I mean:

Yes I do quite often, however, you need to fade out (or fade down to a lower volume) when yuo start speaking. Don't let the music compete with your voice. It's just the intro.

You can easily do a fade out in a free editor like Audacity.
