How would you sell this? Allen, an Opportunity?

It doesn't qualify as a WSO or a classified.

It's a one time sale, to one person...(i.e. a site with all the research and effort you put into it)

I guess examples would be domain names and site flipping but I'm not sure, the point is that I see a lot of people asking about "selling this" and that and they always get sent off-site to Allen's competition.

All of us have a domain name or something we'd like to get rid of, why not give warriors first choice?

Sounds like a classified ad to me. Could even be a WSO if you give a bonus in the sale.

Many wso have been done like that, so why wouldn't it qualify to be a wso?
