Hey! How do I write the ULTIMATE Ezine Article ??

I am really into Ezinearticles.com recently. I have my writers pump out stuff and submit.

I have one article that received 1200 views in one week. IT was written by a worker of mine.

What made that article so great? I do not know.

Was it the way it was written? The keyword density? The title?

What are the TOP things to consider when writing an article?

Does BOLD KEYWORD TEXT help?

Any tips? I'd love you forever.

In my experience, using the right keywords in your article is what will get you the most traffic. The next focus should be on content. Quality content is what keeps reader's interest and of course an interesting topic helps. I don't think you got that many views from a boring topic such as "arm pit fungus" :-)

Some people might say that one is better than the other. However, I know that high views are received by articles that encompass each of these elements.

It sounds like you have a good network of writers. Keep up the good work.

Write for a specific audience AND help them solve a problem. All the other things you mention are secondary -- necessary, yes -- but, secondary.

Write in that way and you'll find you'll always get tons of page views on your articles.

Actually I think an article on "arm pit fungus" could be huge.

Especially if it was funny.

The following audiences comprise the views that eZineArticles submissions normally garner...

Naturally, they'd want articles that are highly informative and, as much as possible, authoritative with the facts they will convey. Ezine publishing is all about providing value for one's subscribers, after all, and few things are more valuable than hot information.

3. Users who stumble upon the eZineArticles entry via related search engine queries. The eZineArticles entry would've appeared prominently in the results page because of its selection and usage of the right keywords. To craft such an article would require knowledge of basic SEO.

4. People who search eZineArticles itself for information. How they will find your article would depend on two factors: a) the keywords you have attached to the article upon its submission; and b) the date of your article's publication, as newer articles are displayed more prominently than older ones.

There are 2 ways to use Ezinearticles:

1. Write compelling title and content that focus on attracting article publishers to host or publish your articles.

2. Write keyword focused title and content to attract search engine attention and try to rank well on the search engine. <= You need to build some back links to your article if you are targeting some competitive keywords

Both ways will get your article a lot of views...

I would just add that the category that your article is published under seems to make a big difference. I have one that did really well. It wasn't published under the category I chose, but under a category I would never have thought of! I learnt the lesson and targeted that category.

It's not too much about keyword density, but where you place the keywords. It should go once in the title, summary, first paragraph, body, last paragraph and resource box (once in each).

I am guessing that the TITLE of the article made some people very interested in reading the article. It can also be that the article got #1 for a very searched keyword.

That is my own view on this.

Check the thread I mentioned above, you basically need to link from other sites (such as Social Bookmarking sites) to the article with anchor text for the keyword IN the article.

It's all about search engine rankings when it comes to AM, well at least the targeted traffic part is.

With EA you want to have keyword density at 1% or lower (1 keyword per 100 words) because they will not approve your article in many cases. It used to be 2% but changed again.

this is a great thread! I've been using that method but wut happens when you you do do keyword density throughout ur article and get placd in the SE for your long keyword tail search, only to find out that 4 people above you and 4 people below are also on the same page with their own Ezine Article?!
