Another Ezine question.

(I really didn't want to start another thread but I can't seem to get a response on the other threads I've asked this question on.)

My question is about Pen Names on ezinearticles.com, and other article sites. I'm wanting to amp up my efforts on these article sites to get the backlinks from them.

I have several different niche sites and I am under the impression you can have only one account (using ezinearticles as an example) only, but can you have have a pen name for each niche/site you are trying to create content for and to get the backlink(s) too?

Is this correct?

P.S. And I have asked ezinearticles.com staff for clarification on this and hit a brick wall...

Yes, absolutely. You may have several pen names under the same account. Now, you might have to have a premium account (ten approved articles - no payment necessary), I'm not sure about that, but I know I have several pen names under my own account, each for a different niche, and it's perfectly acceptable.

Yes, you can have various pen names. Go to your account and go to Profile Manager. It explains everything. Hope this helps.

Sorry for the bump but I figured since this is close to the next question..

So Pen Names would be the same method for other high ranking PR sites (both in articles and social networking) to create different accounts for each niche to get the link juice?

The reason I ask is I believe there are a lot of good quality PR ranking sites that don't really care for us IM'ers..

Are there any sites that you know of, that it's not wise to have multiple accounts with?

With the result being getting spanked or banned..

Yes, you can have a pen name for each sperate niche you promote. I personally have 14 or 15 pen names with each pen name dedicted to a specific set of niches. For example, I have one pen name for gambling related products, one pen name for pest control niches, one pen name for weight loss...etc

Also, I use gender specific pen names for those niches because in some cases a female pen name suits the niche better then a male pen name.

Finally, taking it one step further I like to use a pen name that subconciously compliments the niche. For example if I were selling a book on No-Limit Texas Hold'em I would use a pen name like Ted Holden because it sounds like Texas Hold'em.

    Respectfully,
    Tim

Yes you can have several pen names. Most people are more comfortable using a pen name than use their real names. I have seven different pen names.
