Hiring staff. Break down departments

Hi i have a physical product which is incorporated with an e-product as well.
Can everyone help me break down which computer tech people will be needed.

As of now i have a developer i work with out of state, not really my thing i would really like to have people come in and work for me at my place.

Web developer and website editing--(should they be able to do anything else?)

Web Marketer - being an expert in all fields (backlinking, ppc, adwords, organic traffic)
also they would do Social Media, Emailer, Email management.


so now
-website issues crossed off
-leads crossed off
-branding crossed off
-contact management crossed off

Is it realistic to find one person who can tackle all of this or will i just get someone who is "ok" in all fields

Is there more i am missing. The website is not something super difficult so not much data management there.

I am going to local meetups in my area and just trying to get contacts now when i am ready to do the hiring. thank you i appreciate all the info.

My main concert is an email and ppc person. This is obviously the person generating leads. How do i secure that my ppc will always be ok..is this something where i can find new people fast if there is an issue. It is funny to me that companies with 50 employees depend on PPC, what happens if they lose the person that got them there?
