YouTube Annotation Feature and Traffic
Hey everyone, just made a quick video going over how YouTube ce-web-rities use YouTube Annotations to make their videos VERY sticky.
The same basic functions can be used to create a solid sales funnel as well. You know? Create good quality content and let the masses consume it, then make a great call to action, and BANG targeted traffic to your website! w00t!
YouTube Annotations can link to any video on YouTube even if it isn't yours. But for marketing purposes you should point to other videos you create.
You can also link playlists as well to give people a whole grundle of videos you have created... or even answer FAQ's etc. This one feature can be a game changer in some niches.
Now you can't link to your website in the videos themselves unless you use the pay per view feature that works exactly like adwords... (whole other animal btw) but you can also use annotations to provide a link like a watermark in your videos. I get 50% direct traffic from watermarks in my videos so keep that in mind.
Oh and be sure to put your full url in the description to get the oh-so-loved... MMMM SEO JUICE!
