Article Spinning and Article Submitters

First- what do you think about "spun" articles?

Second
If you use an article submitting service how does that work?
If you send the same article to every article directory wouldn't that be duplicate content?
What quality links are you getting from doing this?

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

John Turner

I'm answering this both as someone who owns an article submission site and as a writer of articles.

I think if they're done right, they're fine. The problem is, very few people take the time to do it right.

Regardless of the spinning software you use, you MUST make sure that all iterations of the content will make sense when spun. I see a lot of crap that is obviously spun and makes absolutely no sense.

I'm not sure if people are just lazy, don't know how to use the software, or if their English language skills aren't that good to begin with - or a combination of all three.

As Alexa points out, syndicating your article isn't seen as duplicate content.

What I see a lot of people do, however, is submit the same article with different titles to the same article directory. That IS duplicate content. I also see a lot of people who spin maybe 20% of their content - and submit it to the same article directory, multiple times. Again, duplicate content, not to mention lazy.

The whole purpose of spinning is so that the submission to the various article directories is a slightly different version from the original - not so you can submit the same article multiple times to each directory.

There's a lot of lazy, sloppy work out there. Try not to join the ranks. Quality will always be better than quantity.

I definitely agree with the quality aspect and that there is a ton of junk out there.
Thank you immensely for clarifying this for me.

it`s a big problem to spin article.

most of them are not readable and the it stay similar to the original copy by 30% - 50% so it still not make it unique article

Article spinning is useful if you spend the time to spin a lot of the artice 50% or so, it is in this case that submitting to loads of directories can be helpful. But it is essential that you spend good time spinning your article with a lot of detail and care.
When i spin say a 500 word article, i try to spin it to 1500 words.

Sounds a lot but it insures that your articles are not dublicate content and then really useless.

Spinning articles when done properly is about content leverage. Spun articles can be used for a wide variety of purposes, not just backlinks.

You can sell spun articles as PLR packs and be able to give each purchaser a really unique pack which they wont have to modify, they can use them as is because they have been spun properly.

Naturally you do not have to, that is called Print syndication - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, but there are financial rewords in doing doing so
