One of the iggest mistakes I ever made in IM was paying for traffic. I did it once, a long time ago... probably about 10,000 visitors too, if I remember correctly. It was all crap and I got nothing out of it. Lesson learned. Stay away from paid traffic like that.

They're probably not targeted visitors. I don't know what you're using for the traffic, but it's hard for me to believe that they are targeted buyers. You need to get your visitors from targeted keywords in search engines or from forums or blogs that are targeted for your keywords.

Also, you should think about charging more than $10 for a product. If you sell something for cheap, people are less likely to buy it. They think that the product is worthless. If the product is not that great, make it better so that you can charge more money for it.

Never, never, never, never, never buy those guaranteed visitors packages.

      I'll leave it at that.

Have you ever seen "opportunities" to make money surfing the web? All you have to do sign up for one of these deals and click the links that they send you. Stay on the page for like 30 seconds or a minute or something like that and you receive a penny or something like that. Yep...that's your traffic.

Quite a racket. You don't get paid until you have made $10 or so which translates to 1000 pages. Money is made off of your desire for traffic and people's desire for easy cash. Typically, people abandon their quest for easy cash surfing the web before they hit 10 bucks since you only receive 5-10 links a day to click on. Ask me how I know? I've been on both sides...both paid for traffic that led to nothing and also tried making money this way. Unfortunately, I was never in the middle....the guy MAKING the money from someone paying for traffic

Some of these traffic schemes are just software making the clicks to -supposedly- increase your Alexa rank!

Pay per click can be a little better because you know if you describe your product or service reasonably well in the advert then the majority of people that click the ad will have an interest in what you are selling.

While you can make money with Guaranteed Signups (but not in your case) paid traffic absolutely blows (and not in a good way).

You could buy 10,000,000 visits to your site and still not sell a single course...even if you lowered the price. In most cases, these guys are getting a penny or two (even less) to visit your site. They are trying to make money--not spend it.
