What Is PUA Niche? Do I Dare Ask

I saw the "PUA" niche in a sig file. And being an Old Jarhead, (U.S. Marine) my mind immediately went south for what the acronym meant

Can somebody enlighten an "Old Fart" or is that to close to the actual meaning of the PUA niche?

I cannot wait to hear from the brilliant marketing minds on this forum. :p

If it's a good niche I just might start writing articles on it.

    Ken, you old geezer, you shoulda just called me (you got my cell).

    But the poster above me got it right on, it's the Pick Up Artist niche which is a focused segmentation of the dating niche. It's the underground community of boys and men that want to learn the art of pick up which has evolved tremendously over the past few years thanks to guys like Eben Pagan (aka David DeAngelo), Wayne Elise (Juggler & His Crew), Mystery & His Crew, Style, Stephane, Cliff (from Cliff's List), The RSD Crew, The Pick Up 101 Crew, and way too many others to list here.

    For many it's evolved way beyond just picking up women, it's about personal growth and improving all areas of your life, not just pick up. But that's where it starts for those that pursue the PUA lifestyle.

    There was actually a reality TV show based on the PUA techniques. I think it was Mystery and a couple of his buddies who were on it. Basically the premise was that the PUA's would teach some geeks how to pick up girls. Was very entertaining...
